<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.</li><li>Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from Tender. </li><li>Timely Estimating & Billing.</li><li>Quantity Calculation.</li><li>Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)</li><li>Preparation of Rate Analysis for both Highways and Structures.</li><li>Preparation of DPR & Material reconciliation for all major materials used in the execution of work.</li><li>Preparation of Cost Estimate for COS as per Drawings etc.</li><li>Preparation of post tender estimate and analysis of construct work/project.</li><li>Checking of the RA Bills with Drawings BBS, etc.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review and quantity estimation</li><li>Coordination with site and project teams for smooth execution</li><li>Documentation and reporting as per project requirements</li></ul>
