The Quantity Surveyor (MEP) is responsible for managing all costs and contracts relating to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works within construction projects. The role ensures that projects are delivered within budget, meet financial targets, comply with contractual obligations, and maintain quality standards, while supporting project teams with accurate financial and contractual advice.
