In this role, you will manage all costs related to MEP projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the required standards. Your attention to detail and cost management skills will be essential.

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential overruns.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services.
• Prepare and submit progress reports related to MEP costs.
• Conduct site visits to assess MEP project progress.
