We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to MEP installations, ensuring projects are completed within budget. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential overruns.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
