We are looking for a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Your responsibilities include cost planning, contract administration, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
* Administer contracts and ensure compliance.
* Identify, analyze, and respond to commercial risks.
* Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
* Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
