We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs relating to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs and contracts, and be able to provide accurate and timely cost advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for MEP construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit progress reports.
