Minlo Tank is looking for a Packaging & Design Development Engineer to join our R&D team. You'll be at the heart of product innovation — working cross-functionally with Marketing, Production, QA, and leading Packaging Suppliers to design solutions that perform technically and inspire visually.

• Create and develop structural packaging designs, and specifications.
• Collaborate with Marketing on brand-compliant artwork and design feasibility.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and printing houses for development and approvals.
• Optimize material usage, printing techniques, and cost without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
