Prepare and execute pilot batches in accordance with R&D protocols and formulations. Scale-up laboratory formulations to pilot-scale while maintaining critical product attributes. Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment, ensuring proper calibration. Document all batch manufacturing records (BMR) and pilot reports accurately. Collaborate closely with formulation scientists, process engineers, and quality control teams. Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate procurement as needed. Participate in validation and stability studies as required.
