Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Resource Delivery Models (RDM) for educational content. Oversee the seamless delivery of digital content, online courses, assessments, and learning materials. Ensure effective distribution and management of resources across multiple platforms and devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and instructional designers. Monitor and optimize the delivery infrastructure to improve efficiency, accessibility, and user experience. Track and report on resource distribution, user engagement, and system performance metrics. Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure a smooth learning experience for users. Key Qualifications: Proven experience with Resource Delivery Models in the EdTech or education sector. Strong understanding of digital content delivery mechanisms (eBooks, video streaming, LMS platforms, etc.). Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS). Experience with adaptive and responsive design principles for resource delivery. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of accessibility standards (such as WCAG) for delivering inclusive learning experiences. Technical proficiency with cloud-based solutions, API integration, and third-party content providers is a plus.
