We are seeking a highly skilled and creative React JS / UI Developer to join our team in building and enhancing modern, customer-facing digital platforms for the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate should bring deep front-end development expertise, a strong design sensibility, and hands-on experience delivering scalable and interactive user interfaces in digital banking environments. The candidate should bring: Strong experience in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a solid understanding of responsive UI development and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Proven experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working with asynchronous data handling patterns. Hands-on experience with build tools and modern front-end development workflows (Webpack, npm, etc.). Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), performance optimization, and clean code practices. Exposure to Azure App Services and Azure DevOps pipelines in an Agile development setup. Experience working closely with UI/UX designers using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to translate wireframes into production-ready UI. Prior experience in digital banking platforms, especially in building secure and responsive interfaces for customer accounts, transactions, and other financial workflows. A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and high-performing interfaces.
