Negotiation - Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually agreeable terms and conditions. Documentation - Assisting clients with necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements related to property transactions. Market Research - Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients. Customer Service - Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the buying or selling process. Relationship Building - Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders in the industry. Sales Strategy- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Feedback and Reporting - Gathering feedback from clients and reporting on sales activities, market conditions, and challenges to management.
