<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist / Executive Assistant to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to our executive team. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.<br/>* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.<br/>* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.<br/>* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.<br/>* Maintain office supplies and equipment.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<br/>* Strong organizational and time-management skills.<br/>* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</p>
