The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, and providing administrative support.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.<br/>* Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information.<br/>* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.<br/>* Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.<br/>* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<br/>* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br/>* Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.</p>
