Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our internal recruitment team for the UAE region. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly within the IT domain, and should possess a good understanding of the UAE job market. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent to support our expansion efforts in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, shortlisting, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Proactively source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for recurring or future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database/ATS.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
