Job Description
<h3>Duties and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Manage hiring processes from advertising to recruitment</li><li>Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing needs</li><li>Find the right candidates across different platforms</li><li>Conducting Initial Interviews and Evaluating Candidates </li><li>Submit periodic reports on the employment status of the Department </li><li>Managing the Relationship with the Human Resources Fund (HRDF) and the relevant 🏛️ government entities</li><li>Contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies</li></ul>
