If you have a proven track record in overseas recruitment, strong agency networks across South Asia, and the ability to manage end-to-end operations with precision—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen & select candidates for Gulf roles
- Coordinate trade tests & technical evaluations
- Oversee visa, medical & deployment logistics
- Manage agency partnerships across India, Nepal, Bangladesh & Pakistan
- Liaise with clients & internal teams to fulfil manpower needs
- Generate MIS reports & ensure compliance
- Travel across GCC for recruitment campaigns
