If you have a proven track record in overseas recruitment, strong agency networks across South Asia, and the ability to manage end-to-end operations with precision-this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen & select candidates for Gulf roles
• Coordinate trade tests & technical evaluations
• Oversee visa, medical & deployment logistics
• Manage agency partnerships across India, Nepal, Bangladesh & Pakistan
• Liaise with clients & internal teams to fulfil manpower needs
• Generate MIS reports & ensure compliance
• Travel across GCC for recruitment campaigns
