Job Description

DTDC Express Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Admin Manager to oversee and support daily administrative operations at our Ghaziabad location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, manage facility operations, and support the HR & logistics teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee general office administration and ensure a well-organized work environment. Supervise facility management, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance. Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. Assist in budget planning and cost control for administrative expenses. Support HR functions, including employee engagement activities. Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for employees. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Assist in maintaining records, reports, and documentation related to administration. Work closely with different departments to facilitate smooth business operations. Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by senior management.
