Edgetech Air Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead our service department and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Overall Management: Oversee the service department to improve efficiency and achieve customer delight.
AHU Assembly Execution: Ensure timely execution of Air Handling Unit (AHU) assemblies at sites per requirements and schedules.
Service Call Response: Quickly respond to service calls from clients/customers and ensure timely closure to exceed expectations.
Team Coordination: Coordinate among intra-office teams to provide optimal services based on received calls.
Customer Engagement: Visit key customers for general reviews and resolve critical complaints.
Quotation Management: Timely submission of spare parts and service quotations, along with necessary follow-ups to finalize orders.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analyses of field complaints and prepare respective reports for follow-up actions.
Contractor Selection: Select assembly contractors using effective methods and tools that add value to the company's brand.
Commercial Activities Management: Manage commercial activities such as processing bills and payment collections in a timely manner.
Training Initiatives: Train service personnel and assembly teams both in the plant and at job sites to meet quality product requirements.
Operational Reviews: Conduct regular review meetings to assess service operations and eliminate any observed gaps.
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of tools and fast-moving items at the office and with service staff, updating/replenishing them periodically.
Performance Evaluation: Define Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members to gauge performance and facilitate improvement.
