We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to join our Indirect Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our indirect partners, ensuring their success and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to support and grow our indirect partner network.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for indirect partners, providing training, resources, and support.
* Conduct regular partner meetings to review performance, identify opportunities, and gather feedback.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to indirect partners and their clients.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
