<p>The Relationship Manager (Indirect Team) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with indirect clients through channel partners. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Develop and execute strategies to grow the indirect client base through channel partners.<br/>* Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.<br/>* Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to understand their evolving needs and provide updates on company offerings.<br/>* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to indirect clients.<br/>* Prepare and present regular reports on channel partner activities and performance.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Strong understanding of indirect sales practices.<br/>* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.<br/>* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</p>
