The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Develop and execute strategies to nurture client relationships and increase customer satisfaction.<br/>* Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.<br/>* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.<br/>* Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and acquire new clients.<br/>* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.<br/>* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br/>* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</p>
