Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage financial advisors/agents.
- Drive advisor productivity and ensure renewals.
- Train advisors on digital tools and platforms.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Distribute insurance, loans, credit cards, and NPS products.
