We are seeking a Remote Private Money Processor to manage and facilitate the processing of private money loans. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of bridge and fix & flip loans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage loan files from initial application to closing.
* Verify and analyze loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the loan processing system.
