Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Experience: 3+ Years in Life Sciences/Biotech Key Responsibilities: Apply recombinant DNA technology, including gene cloning, vector construction, restriction digestion, and PCR-based techniques. Utilize genome editing tools like CRISPR-Cas9, site-directed mutagenesis, and siRNA/shRNA for gene manipulation and functional analysis. Perform next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, including library preparation, sequencing, and data analysis using bioinformatics tools. Conduct cell culture and genetic modification experiments, including transfections, stable cell line generation, and CRISPR-based genome editing. Develop and optimize processes and protocols in biotechnology, contributing to advancements in the industry. Document research findings, analyze data trends, and prepare reports and presentations for project reviews. Support the implementation of sustainable and safe research practices within the lab environment.
