We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and ensure excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.</li><li>Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.</li><li>Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.</li><li>Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure repeat business.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for seamless operations.</li><li>Monitor stock levels, procurement, and inventory control.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and legal regulations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications & Skills:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse team.</li><li>Knowledge of F&B trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices.</li></ul>
