Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for seamless operations.
- Monitor stock levels, procurement, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and legal regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of F&B trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices.
