Store Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operation in the store.
Training and supervising staff to ensure they understand and adhere to operational standards.
Setting and achieving sales targets for the store.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
Overseeing inventory levels and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Implementing Facebook marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store.
Planning and optimizing the store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Managing product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive sales.
Project Management Roadshow / Exhibition
Liaise with the mall management to participate the roadshow and facilitate the coordination of the roadshow procedure.
Develop comprehensive roadshow/ exhibition plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Create and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services and products.
