Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 2. Monitor and develop sales team performance through field coaching and training. 3. Plan and execute sales and distribution strategies within the assigned territory. 4. Ensure product availability and maintain proper stock levels at retail outlets. 5. Collect and analyze sales data and prepare reports for management. 6. Follow up on collections and ensure customer compliance with payment terms. 7. Monitor competitors and provide recommendations to improve market share. 8. Enforce company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales supervision, preferably in FMCG or food industries. - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team. - Good knowledge of retail markets in Egypt. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
