The company is seeking a Risk Manager to support the development and maintenance of the enterprise risk management framework. The role will involve working closely with senior teams to evaluate risks and implement strategic solutions for both internal and client-facing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the Enterprise Risk Management Framework is maintained and operational - Analyze and assess risks, identifying potential threats to the organization - Manage risk incidents and provide timely solutions - Advise business units on risk-based solutions to challenges - Oversee risk reporting to the senior leadership and executive teams - Contribute to the development of a strong risk culture within the organization - Assist with regulatory risk capital requirement calculations - Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks across various functions Key Experience/Skills Required: - Strong expertise in operational risk management within financial services - Excellent understanding of regulatory standards and risk management processes - Ability to communicate complex risk concepts to senior stakeholders - Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on delivering results - Proven experience in risk assessments and managing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) - Familiarity with data protection and information security standards - Experience in preparing and delivering presentations
