Lead maintenance teams across the Inland region. Develop and implement preventive & corrective maintenance plans. Oversee maintenance of infrastructure including: Electrical systems, HVAC, Generators, UPS, Toll Systems, Lighting, and Building Structures. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards. Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations. Manage contractors and procurement related to maintenance. Report on performance metrics and respond to emergencies.
