• Conduct rapid screenings and phone screens (RPS) to qualify candidates.

• Engage and prep candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Share market intelligence and competitor insights with the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of sourcing experience in Tech Product hiring.
• Strong networking and research skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume sourcing.
