We are looking for an experienced General Manager. You must be hands-on, and financially astute General Manager to take the reins of a large operation.

Requirements:

• Proven Lodge or Hotel Management Experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in safari lodges, bush hotels, or tented camps.
• Strong Financial & Systems Knowledge
• Confident in budgeting, cost control, payroll, and financial reporting. Must be fully operational on SEMPER or a similar property management system.
• Operational Expertise across All Departments
• Deep understanding of housekeeping, food & beverage, facilities, guest logistics, and lodge presentation.
• People & HR Leadership skills and knowledge
• A motivator who thrives on team development, performance management, and creating a strong service culture.
• Solid understanding of HR legislation, disciplinary procedures, and fair labour practice.
