Key Responsibilities: Health & Safety Monitoring: Continuously monitor and enforce health & safety standards across the Palace grounds Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks Policy Development & Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce comprehensive safety policies and procedures Ensure all safety protocols comply with local and international regulations Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency plans for incidents such as fires, evacuations, or medical emergencies Coordinate with local emergency services, security teams, and staff to maintain readiness Conduct regular emergency drills and training to prepare staff for real scenarios Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate accidents and incidents promptly, documenting causes and recommending corrective actions Maintain detailed records of incidents and safety inspections Safety Equipment & Supplies: Oversee maintenance and availability of all safety equipment and supplies Ensure equipment is up to date and in full working order
