In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for the sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and passionate about driving business growth. Being bilingual in German and English is essential, as you will work with international clients across multiple regions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities.</li><li>Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.</li><li>Manage and track leads in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Schedule meetings and demos for senior account executives.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bilingual proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>
