Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Engineer (Inside Sales) to support our Dubai branch from our India office located in Sonipat. The ideal candidate should have 14 years of experience in technical or inside sales, preferably in the mechanical or petroleum sectors.
You will be the key point of contact for internal coordination, client communication, and backend sales operations in collaboration with our international sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide sales and technical support to the Dubai branch.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
Handle client communication via phone and email.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, accounts) for smooth order execution.
Maintain CRM, documentation, and daily/weekly reports.
Conduct research and assist in lead generation for the UAE market.
Ensure regular follow-up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
Candidate Profile:
B.Tech in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
14 years of experience in inside sales / technical sales support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
