Job Description

We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer (Steel Structures) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our vision of expansion and growth across local and international markets. Alashoury Steel Factory is a leading manufacturer in the field of steel structures, providing high-quality solutions for: Steel Structure Buildings, Lighting Poles & Gantries, Telecom & Transmission Towers & Cable trays. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and expand sales for steel structure projects including buildings, lighting poles, gantries, and telecom/electric towers. - Manage the complete sales cycle: inquiries, quotations, negotiations, contracts, and follow-up with clients. -Handle approval processes with consultants, authorities, and end clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, government bodies, and EPC companies. -Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and finance departments to ensure smooth project execution. -Stay updated on ongoing projects and tendering opportunities (mega & giga projects), ensuring proactive reach to end users. -Analyze the market landscape, be fully aware of the different market sectors, track activities and pricing trends, and report on challenges and opportunities. -Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in steel structures, lighting poles, gantries, towers or contracting projects or related feild. - Strong knowledge of approvals, tendering, and project sales cycles internal & external . -Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. -Ability to analyze the market and provide actionable insights. -Ability to develop new business and maintain existing key accounts. -Proficiency in MS Office, and technical drawings. -Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). -Valid driving license and willingness to travel for projects/clients.
