<p>About The Role:</p><ul><li>Sell electric power generators (or marine engines) powered by MTU & Volvo Penta—as single units or turnkey projects with accessories and installation.</li></ul><p>Core Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Agree budget/resources with senior.</li><li>Build pipeline: prospect, create demand, keep the customer DB updated monthly.</li><li>Weekly rhythm: visit plan & reports; keep the quote log current.</li><li>Qualify RFQs/tenders; prepare compliant proposals and present the value proposition.</li><li>Negotiate, follow up, and close per policy; issue order acknowledgment/confirmation.</li><li>Handover to execution and monitor delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction; support events.</li></ul><p>Self-Management:</p><ul><li>Know the market, focus on the customer, follow up consistently, be persistent, do the right things, and keep business clean.</li></ul>
