Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with a strong technical background and solid understanding of digital marketing solutions to drive business growth, generate high-quality leads, and close deals with B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-driven lead generation tools
Pitch and sell digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, Email Automation, and Web Development
Conduct market research to identify new trends, business models, and target industries
Develop and deliver custom proposals, presentations, and ROI-driven marketing strategies
Work closely with the tech and marketing teams to craft client-centric solutions
Use CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and AI-based analytics to track leads, sales funnel, and customer interactions
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients for cross-selling and upselling
Must-Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or equivalent
25 years of experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or tech solution selling
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, website technologies, UI/UX, performance marketing, and analytics tools
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to present data-driven marketing strategies and translate technical concepts to clients
Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce)
Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
Bonus / Good to Have:
Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Sales, Digital Marketing, or AI in Sales
Exposure to tools like ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Semrush, Canva, Notion, Figma, etc.
Familiarity with cloud storage services, SaaS solutions, or cybersecurity sales is a plus
KPIs You'll Be Measured On:
Monthly lead generation and conversion rates
Proposal-to-client conversion ratio
Average deal size and pipeline value
Client retention and satisfaction scores
Revenue targets and upselling success
