Job Description

<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Achieve a minimum of 5 property sales per month (flats, terraces, maisonettes, semi-detached, and detached houses).</li><li>Identify and qualify high-value leads in the premium real estate market.</li><li>Conduct property presentations, viewings, and follow-ups.</li><li>Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and oversee contract signings.</li><li>Secure and manage profitable joint-venture partnerships.</li><li>Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales pipeline data.</li><li>Provide periodic sales forecasts and performance reports.</li><li>Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications & Requirements</h3><ul><li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in real estate sales or property investment (not entry-level).</li><li>Proven record of closing high-value property sales monthly.</li><li>Strong experience in sourcing and closing joint venture deals.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Well-connected within the Lagos real estate industry.</li><li>Results-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker.</li></ul>
