Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify client needs and ensure consistent satisfaction and service quality
- Drive new sales opportunities to increase revenue
- Collaborate with event planners and entertainers for product awareness and promotion
- Coordinate product activations for sales and awareness
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Analyze sales data and compile reports for management insights
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Conduct product activations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive
- Age limit: Not more than 37 years
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Skilled in Excel software and reporting
- Ethical, proactive, energetic, and hands-on with solid decision-making skills
- Must live in the selected location
