We are expanding fast and need a Sales Expert who thrives on cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to UK businesses.</li><li>Generate and qualify new leads using multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, CRM).</li><li>Pitch tailored digital marketing solutions to decision-makers.</li><li>Handle objections confidently and close high-value contracts.</li><li>Maintain accurate client and lead data within CRM tools.</li><li>Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.</li><li>Work closely with the internal marketing team to ensure seamless onboarding.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>5+ years proven sales experience (digital marketing or B2B service sales preferred).</li><li>Strong cold calling skills with the ability to generate leads from scratch.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).</li><li>Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.</li><li>Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated to work independently.</li><li>Experience using CRM systems, lead tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is desirable.</li><li>Good understanding of the UK business market and buyer behaviour.</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Base Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 monthly.</li><li>Uncapped commission - no earnings limit.</li><li>Remote flexibility (aligned with UK working hours).</li><li>Clear career progression into Sales Manager or Team Lead positions.</li><li>Training, mentoring, and ongoing support from senior marketing professionals.</li><li>Performance incentives and recognition for top closers.</li></ul><p>Why Join Us?</p><p>This role is for a true closer — not someone waiting for leads, but a hunter who enjoys creating opportunities and converting them into revenue.
