Platinum INC Consultancy Services, a UAE-based recruitment firm, is currently hiring a Sales Manager Oracle Application (Arabic Speaking) for one of its leading IT clients. This individual contributor role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in Oracle Applications sales and a proven ability to drive enterprise business growth in the UAE market. Responsibilities: Drive sales of Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM, CX) in the UAE. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build a strong and qualified sales pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets. Engage with C-level executives to position Oracle consulting and delivery services. Leverage Oracle ecosystem and partner networks for go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and marketing teams to deliver customized proposals and campaigns. Requirements: 610 years of IT services or solution sales experience in the UAE or GCC. Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, CX preferred). Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication and client engagement skills. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of enterprise and government sales cycles. Self-driven and capable of managing client relationships independently.
