Job Description

Al Habib Travel Ltd is a UK-registered and trusted Umrah travel agency. We provide complete Umrah packages, flights, hotels, visas, and transport services for UK Muslims. Our mission is to serve with professionalism, care, and trust. We are now expanding our Lahore team and looking for motivated agents to join us. Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails). - Quote and book Umrah packages, flights, hotels, visas, and transport. - Use GDS (Sabre/Galileo) for ticketing and flight reservations. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth bookings. - Follow up with customers until booking confirmation and after-service support. - Achieve monthly sales targets (with commission bonus). Requirements (Freshers can also apply) - Experience: 1+ year in travel agency, Umrah, or ticketing reservations. - Technical Skills: Knowledge of Sabre/Galileo (GDS), hotel platforms (Rezlive, Stuba, etc.). - Languages: Fluent in English & Urdu. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Sales-driven mindset, able to handle objections and close deals. - Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-care focused.
