Job Description

<p>We’re looking for a part-time Sales Representative who can generate leads, close sales, and help customers bring their landscaping visions to life. This role is ideal for someone with knowledge of landscaping, a passion for golf or synthetic turf, and the ability to acquire and close new deals.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Sell landscaping services including plant design, artificial turf, and synthetic golf green installation.</li><li>Identify and contact prospective clients through various channels (cold calls, referrals, social media, etc.).</li><li>Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client needs.</li><li>Create and present professional quotes and proposals.</li><li>Collaborate with the installation and operations team for accurate pricing and scheduling.</li><li>Source a wide variety of plants from nurseries around the state to meet design specifications.</li><li>Stay informed on industry trends, products, and pricing—especially in turf and golf green tech.</li><li>Maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.</li><li>Track sales activity and communicate regularly with the team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Previous sales experience in landscaping, turf, outdoor design, or a related field.</li><li>Knowledge of golf, putting green design, or synthetic turf is a major advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with plants and landscaping materials; experience sourcing from nurseries is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Highly self-motivated, organized, and reliable.</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the state as needed.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.</li></ul>
