The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the community, while driving admissions through effective communication and outreach initiatives.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Promote the school’s academic programs, extracurricular offerings, and unique value to prospective parents.</li><li>Conduct parent counseling and manage leads from inquiries to confirmed admissions.</li><li>Organize and participate in community engagement events, school visits, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate with the school administration to ensure smooth admission processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including play schools, tuition centers, and community organizations.</li><li>Regularly achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.</li></ul><h3>Desired Skills & Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates from Marketing, Business, or Education backgrounds.</li><li>Prior experience in sales, counseling, or customer relations (education sector preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi).</li><li>Confident personality with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the school team.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, social media).</li></ul>
