Job Description

<p>We are a leading company specializing in the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods, including food and beverages, cosmetics, and other non-food products. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and supervising the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions in the Qatar market.</li><li>Analyse customer ordering trends to forecast demand and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.</li><li>Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules.</li><li>Research potential leads from directories, online sources, and professional connections.</li><li>Report on all sales leads and opportunities.</li><li>Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives when required.</li><li>Support the sales team in closing deals and meeting targets.</li><li>Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly using company systems and Microsoft Excel for analysis.</li><li>Ensure proper inventory levels in line with demand and future forecasts.</li><li>Assist and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies, open new sales channels, and establish effective marketing campaigns.</li></ul><h3>Requirements & Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of proven FMCG sales experience (Qatar market experience preferred).</li><li>Strong sales track record with demonstrated results.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and ability to assess customer needs effectively.</li><li>Persuasive, goal-driven, and highly motivated.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about sales, leadership, and achieving results, we want to hear from you!</p>
