Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Certified Advanced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will hold a minimum of Salesforce Certified Administrator (System Admin), with a preference for a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Advanced Admin). The successful candidate will also have expertise in SFDC Communities. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategize with a gifted team using data how to improve go to market motions. Administer and maintain our Salesforce org, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. Configure and manage Salesforce features, including workflows, approval processes, and custom objects. Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Communities, enhancing customer engagement and collaboration. Design and implement Pardot marketing automation campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation strategies. Deep expertise with data, creating detailed and analytical reports to identify the customer journey through our marketing and sales technologies and our stages. Run RCA issues and gaps in the steps. Create comprehensive funnels and dashboards to pin-point conversions and progress along with challenges in the stages of deepening engagement in our marketing sales funnels. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to users. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging trends. Requirements: Passionate about marketing technologies, marketing and sales, and strategizing funnel conversions. 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience (10+ years preferred). Proven experience with SFDC Communities, including implementation and management. Experience with Pardot marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation. Salesforce Administrator certification (or higher). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica). Knowledge of Apex programming and Salesforce development. Familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service, Marketing, Commerce). Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Einstein Analytics).
