Cansel helps clients capture, transform, and manage data, driving efficiency and profitability. We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Business Systems team. In this role, you’ll be the lead developer supporting 350+ users, delivering impactful Salesforce solutions, and collaborating across teams to keep our CRM platform running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, customize, and implement solutions on Salesforce.
• Build applications, integrations, and data migrations.
• Maintain and improve workflows, process builder, triggers, and validation rules.
• Support UAT, deployments, and production changes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and external consultants.
• Integrate CRM with ERP systems.
