We are looking for a skilled SAP Basis (SAP Support & Database Administrator) to join our team. This role involves supporting SAP development and production environments, ensuring system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and managing the SAP HANA database. Responsibilities: SAP Basis Support: Maintain and support SAP hardware and system software in a High Availability environment (HACMP). Administer user profiles and authorizations within SAP. Manage SAP correction and control systems. Ensure the technical integrity of SAP applications. Support helpdesk teams by resolving technical SAP-related issues. Monitor SAP performance, perform tuning, and configure SAP systems for optimal efficiency. Develop and maintain operational system procedures (e.g., backup, restore, etc.). Database Administration (DBA) Support: Assist SAP Basis Consultants and CAP Application Teams with database-related tasks. Maintain the HANA database for SAP systems in development and production environments. Apply and manage database patches as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues. Monitor database performance, perform tuning, and ensure system stability. Develop operational procedures for database backups, restores, and data integrity using IBM Spectrum Protect and Cristie.
